Retrospective
Fun retros with less prep time.
A clean four-phase flow — Reflect, Group, Vote, Discuss. Anonymous reflections to prevent anchoring, an AI assistant for grouping so the facilitator can participate, and a catch-up view for everyone who missed it.
What’s inside
The shape of Retrospective.
These are the moving parts that make the ritual actually work for distributed teams. No extras — only what changes the feel of the meeting.
- Four phases: Reflect → Group → Vote → Discuss. Same shape as the rituals that already work.
- Anonymous reflections + hidden writing state to keep early ideas honest.
- Multiplayer grouping with drag-and-drop sticky notes; AI suggests groups so the facilitator can join in.
- Per-person customizable vote budget, anonymous.
- Automated meeting summary: reflections, themes, tasks, participants — searchable later.
On the roadmap
What’s next.
Honest about what isn’t in v1 yet. Most of these land during the first few sprints after launch.
- Templates: Glad/Sad/Mad, 4Ls, Sailboat, Starfish, Start/Stop/Continue.
- Sync tasks created during the retro to Jira / Linear / GitHub.
